Formed in 1987 Douglas Royal 87 are a football team that currently plies it's trade in the 2nd Division of the Isle of Man Football League.

Playing at a splendid new facility at Ballafletcher since September 2010 when the club moved from it's previous home of Nobles Park there are currently two senior mens teams, a senior ladies side, a futsal team and numerous junior sides representing the club.

Sponsored by 2e2, Ad-apt and Freedom Travel the clubs colours are white jerseys, navy shorts and white socks with an away strip at present consisting of orange tops, shorts and socks.
